new life | new face |

Hello beautiful people, 

you may have noticed my absence on the blogsphere as of lately, which is due to big changes in my life. I've moved back to France, where I currently work two jobs and have spent the last few months trying to adjust to a completely new life. 

I now have a new appartment (well, it is a bit old, to be honest, but it's a lovely and cozy home), so I put blogging back on my to-do-lists, together with a great number of other activities such as putting off bureaucracy, socializing, discovering new things, enjoying good wine for apéros, and dipping my toe back into the dating pool. 

A new life comes with many changes that I'd like to incorporate to my blog. First of all, as I sort of have a new face (I cut my hair, although I hate the high maintenance short hair puts me through, and I'm going to grow it back), I gave the blog a little makeover. Please, let me know what you think in the comments section. 

Secondly, I'm going to add new posts about life in France - for those of you who intend to do the same, or are simply curious about it or my very awesome self. 

Here, I'll leave you to a picture of my new haircut, with the promise of a new post coming soon (suspence on its subject, though). "For real", this time!

Salve bellezze, 

avrete certamente notato la mia prolungata assenza dalla blogosfera, causata da grandi cambiamenti nella mia vita. Infatti, mi sono ritrasferita in Francia, dove ora ho due lavori e cerco di adattarmi a questa nuova vita. 

Ora ho un nuovo appartamento (beh, per la verità non è tanto nuovo, ma è una casetta adorabile), quindi posso riscrivere il blogging sulla lista delle cose da fare, insieme ad un gran numero di attività quali procrastinare la burocrazia, socializzare, scoprire nuove cose, godermi qualche bicchiere di buon vino per l'apéro, e rimettermi sul mercato. 

Ad una nuova vita si accompagnano tanti cambiamenti che vorrei incorporare al blog. Primo su tutti, visto che ho un nuovo volto (mi son tagliata i capelli, anche se li lascerò ricrescere perché è una gran rottura di scatole doverli allisciare ogni giorno per non sembrare una casalinga anni '50), ne ho dato uno anche al blog. Ditemi cosa ne pensate nei commenti, grazie. 

In secondo luogo, comincerò una nuova rubrica sulla vita in Francia, per chi di voi volesse fare lo stesso percorso o semplicemente per chi è curioso della vita di sua maestà (moi!). 

Bene, vi lascio alla foto della mia nuova zazzera e con una promessa di un nuovo post che pubblicherò a breve. "Pe' davero", stavolta!
