Yes, my skin looks pale (camera flash!) and one eye looks smaller than the other because I only got 4 hours of sleep, but something hit my mailbox yesterday, and I really wanted to try some of the items right away!
Excuse the poses, and if you think I look like a head with no neck, just know that I was wearing a scarf, and I couldn't be bothered by taking it off (by the way, it's an original Pashmina my father bought and gave me for Easter. I was impressed, as he hadn't bought anything for me in...10 years? Now I always wear it, LOL)!
Mostly, I just wanted to show you that, despite my initial thoughts, people with brown hair and light coloured eyes can pull off orange lipstick without looking like a crazy lady, or someone who forgot the 80's are over from 20 years! ;)
Yep, I'm going to rock the Cheerful Orange look this summer! Of course I will put more effort on the eyes, I just wanted to try a new matte shadow from KIKO ;)
So, here's the look:
Revlon Colorstay foundation in Sand Beige (I think?!)
Some old Lancaster orangy blusher, dusted very lightly
Eyeko 3-in-1 cream
KIKO Coloursphere Matte&Pearly e/s in 211 verde acqua/ottanio - matte shade tapped all over my lid and blended in the crease, and pearly shade pressed on with my finger right in the middle of my lid. No base underneath and I haven't packed a lot of shadow. I was lovely in person!
Soap&Glory Arch de Triumph to highlight my brow bone
KIKO 30 days lash booster treatment mascara
KIKO False Lashes Concentrate on top of that
Illamasqua cream eyeshadow in Amour on the outer corners, inner corners, and lower lashline as a liner
KIKO Red Emotion Satin Lipstick in 203 Cheerful Orange (hence the title!) - I am in love with this by the way. Creamy, matte, awesome coverage and moisturizing!
Review of the new products will be up soon
