The latest foundation offering from L'Oréal Paris had everyone in Europe hooked last fall. Consequent to the anticipation generated by all the American youtubers' blurbs, we all couldn't wait to try this revolutionary potion that is lighter than water, with good coverage, matte and erases pores.
Eau de Teint is an extremely liquid foundation that comes in a sleek, transparent, matte bottle. The packaging is an obvious reflection of the foundation's finish, and I have to give L'Oréal a thumbs up for it. Only thing is, it only contains 20 ml of foundation, contrary to the standards for this kind of product, which is 30.
The bottle does not have a pump, and although this is clearly due to the running consistency of the fluid, I still think that they should have kept the hole way smaller: every time I use Eau de Teint, I get stains everywhere.
The foundation itself glides on perfectly and has a true matte finish...something that is similar to porcelain or powder. It has a pore-shrinking effect too, which is something I generally am very concerned with. However, all of this comes for a price: Eau de Teint is a true silicones' soup.

I thought it could be my everyday foundation, but as I have an acne-prone skin, I am not sure if I should wear this often.
The
coverage is poor, but that is not surprising, as it is supposed to be a
light foundation anyway. I layer it, but I always have to put concealer
on my blemishes.
Now when I bought it, I thought
this foundation was great, now I am not sure anymore. It could be
because my skin has changed because of the acne treatments, it could
also be because I live in a much colder and dry climate now, so my skin
is not that oily anymore, but I don't see it as the great foundation I
thought it was anymore.
Obviously,
if you don't have any blemish problem, you can rest assured this will
make you look like a porcelain doll, and I still think you should give
it a try when you find it on offer.
Overall,
I still have mixed feelings about it, and I think it is something I
will have a love and hate relationship with. I'll keep you posted on my

L'ultimo arrivato nella gamma dei fondotinta in casa L'Oréal Paris ci ha fatte sognare tutte. Dopo tutta la pubblicità generata dalle youtubers americane, non vedevamo l'ora di provare questa pozione rivoluzionaria, più leggera dell'acqua, con una buona coprenza, matte, e che cancella i pori.
Eau de Teint è un fondotinta estremamente liquido che viene venduto in una bella bottiglia di vetro trasparente e opaca, molto elegante, che riflette il finish del fondotinta. I miei complimenti per questo packaging, anche se la sua pecca è quella di contenere 20 ml di fondotinta, contrariamente allo standard di questo tipo di prodotto, che ne contiene solitamente 30.
La confezione non ha erogatore, e anche se ciò è dovuto chiaramente alla consistenza del prodotto, penso che avrebbero dovuto mantenere un foro più piccolo: ogni volta che uso Eau de Teint, macchio dappertutto.
Il fondotinta di per sé stesso si stende bene e ha un finish davvero matte...qualcosa di simile alla porcellana o alla cipria. Diminuisce anche la visibilità dei pori, il che mi preoccupa sempre molto. Tuttavia, per tutte queste belle cose c'è un prezzo da pagare: Eau de Teint è un condensato di siliconi.
Credevo di aver trovato il mio fondo dat tutti i giorni, ma datosi che ho la pelle molto prone all'acne non credo di poterlo indossare spesso.

Quando lo comprai, pensavo che
questo fondotinta fosse magnifico. Ora non ne sono più così sicura. Può
essere per via del fatto che la mia pelle è cambiata in seguito ai
trattamenti contro l'acne, oppure perché ora vivo dove il clima è più
freddo e secco, dunque la mia pelle non è più così grassa. In ogni caso
non lo vedo più il buon fondotinta di una volta.
Ovviamente, se voi non avete problemi di brufoli, potete star certe che questo fondotinta vi farà sembrare una bambola di porcellana e penso sia da provare se lo trovate in offerta.
