Saturday night's makeup - Peacock fever...

It literally took me ages to upload these pictures! I hate my connection!!! Anyway, this is the look I sported last night: dinner out with a friend, and then I chilled with my boyfriend!

I have recently purchase two headbands, as I am regaining my title as the headbands queen (if you want to see my collection, just tell me) - Could I leave this unique peacocky cuteness in the store? Hell no! If you can't see it properly, it has a huge white feather, a smaller peacock feather, and a crochet flower.

The weather was gloomy, cold, and rainy, so I have decided to go for dark teal (I'm not really into grey makeup) - bright, but dark at the same time.

And yes, I finally got the hang of how to put false eyelashes on, and I really hope I can master the art and post some pics of makeup with false lashes on soon ;)

yesteray's makeup

Please excuse my lack of posts lately, I am super busy with my thesis.
Anyway, yesterday's makeup was just a purple matte smokey eye, with a little bit of sheer lipstick and pink blush. The first picture was taken after my boyfriend covered me with kisses (aaawww) so you can't really see the blush. Anyway, the main feature was the smokey eye:

I am not a fan of dark contouring if not for photographic purposes, so as you can see mine is very light. I loooove the Illamasqua Powdered Metal for contouring!

Some looks from my friend's graduation

this is the makeup I wore in the morning, when my friend graduated.
It is very neutral, with a flicked liner. I like neutral and matte or satin looks for cerimonies.

You may notice I look weird here. My eyes reflected light so much that it looks like I have no pupils in my eyes :S
Well at least my skin was not bleached, as I took this photo with natural light.

FOT(yester)D - neutral beige with a blue twist

I was wearing a blue and beige ensemble yesterday, so I thought I might replicate that on my eyes.
I used a shimmery beige on my entire lid, to give it light, and 2 semi-matte colors on my crease, to try and give it more depth.
Results aren't so clear from the pictures, but I liked it.
Please, excuse one of my eyes being swallen - I don't really know what was up with it.

This is the look I sported for my friend's graduation(not the one in the picture), yesterday.
I wore a blue and black dress (although you can't really see it...it's lovely), so my makeup was based on those colors.

By the way, Congratulations "French"! I love you to bits, you were perfect yesterday!
